Eneron, Inc. of Palo Alto, CA, the Turbo Pot Company, successfully entered into an agreement with Carrabba’s Italian Grills to provide the energy efficient cookware for the chain of pasta cooking houses.  The replacement of the existing pots with Turbo Pot will result in millions of pounds of CO₂ reduction, and help the Carrabba’s chain to improve their efficiency so that they can pass their savings on to their loyal customers.   Lee Huang, President of Eneron, said, “This national chain roll out of our Turbo Pot is an important milestone for our company in terms of market acceptance of our energy saving technology and products.  It proves that our products can help foodservice operators improve their operational efficiency, leading to a higher level of service to their customers and at the same time benefiting our environment.”

At this NRA show Eneron will demonstrate the performance of the Turbo Pot at the NRA Conserve Pavilion booth number 677. Also being showcased are the new, all aluminum efficient frying pans.
